![]() ![]() ![]() If you’re looking for a dedicated organ instrument, I can’t say I’ve tried everything out there…but I’ve tried a few and right now…I’m really loving this here. These instruments cover it all, from mellow to harsh, and for my needs, they hit it right on the money. They are already pre optimized with Kontakt’s background loading, so switching instruments is quick. The truth of the matter is that it’s very easy to find what you want in the presets, but it’s also fun to pull the drawbars, flip switches, buttons, etc…to dial in your own style and sound. They also cover some of that old school, nostalgic sound that comes from the transistor organs…many people will think of “The Doors”, I just think of old records! I was wrong….the tone of the instruments in this library strike an instant memory to the various places and times when I’ve heard organs.įrom the up beat, rolling sound of the gospel organs to the barking drive of the organs heard in rock and blues…it’s there. ![]() No joke…I had people asking me when I was going to check them out…and sure I knew I wanted to, but I was of the impression…”an organ is an organ”. Everything I judge, I do so based on MY experience and reference of the sound.įrom church, to records and albums…I have an idea of what organs sound like to me…and let me just say that these sound absolutely amazing. Look, I won’t pretend to be an organ expert…or an expert of any kind.
